As much as the e•know INTEGRATOR dashboard itself, INTEGRATOR Data Calls can dramatically accelerate integration progress, and slash the management time and effort required.

Integration teams perform data calls via e•know iMemos, and track data call results in their INTEGRATOR dashboard. iMemos are specially coded, personalized e-mails that link to web-based forms. Since these forms are generated from INTEGRATOR’s built in databases, they can present virtually any type of request to any number of individuals.

iMemo recipients respond directly in the iMemo form. The iMemos then securely collect these responses and transmit the data, fully encrypted, to INTEGRATOR’s built-in databases. (Sensitive iMemos are password protected.) The collected responses are continuously and automatically summarized, aggregated, or graphed as appropriate in the INTEGRATOR dashboard.

INTEGRATOR even sends automatic reminders to unresponsive contributors. As a result, team leads waste no time chasing down data, cleaning up spreadsheets, or compiling data. iMemos routinely reduce many complex, months-long initiatives to just weeks or even days.

How are iMemos addressed and sent?

iMemo e-mails are sent from the INTEGRATOR dashboard, not from your
e-mail program.
Employees are targeted based on profile information loaded into INTEGRATOR.
For example, employee category, role, location, department, and any other available information can be used to automatically address the iMemo.

iMemo e-mail appears to be personally sent by a named integration team sender
iMemo recipients receive a personalized e-mail with a form link

How does someone respond to an iMemo?

iMemo e-mail can be viewed in any standard mail program
The e-mail contains a link unique to that recipient
The link will open the iMemo directly, or require a password, as desired
The iMemo itself is a form that opens in the user’s Web browser
The user fills in the iMemo form in the Web browser and clicks “OK”

How is the iMemo response sent back?

The user submits the data call responses in the iMemo form
The user’s iMemo responses therefore go directly into INTEGRATOR’s
built-in database
All response data is transmitted securely (encrypted) from the user’s browser
to INTEGRATOR
No e-mail is sent back to the iMemo “sender”

What do I do with the collected data?

iMemo responses are automatically aggregated
Your INTEGRATOR dashboard will have reports and graphs

What if some recipients don’t respond?

Some recipients don’t respond immediately
A detailed iMemo activity log shows exactly who was sent the data call, when, and how many times; when the recipient viewed the iMemo, responded, and finally completed the request.
