First step: You and e•know sign service agreement (e.g., for 18-month term)
Your agreement includes stringent non-disclosure and data ownership provisions to protect you
Next, e•know will designate point person to support you
You will designate a program office point person or administrator
Kick-off!
e•know hosts, maintains and administers INTEGRATOR
A dedicated instance of INTEGRATOR is set up for your organization
You provides e•know with initial user list, names, and e-mail addresses
Your users can include contractors, third parties, etc.
e•know creates user accounts for those initial INTEGRATOR users
You begin using INTEGRATOR via Web browser (see Technology Facts, below)
e•know helps you generate initial project lists
e•know imports your initial project and task lists, team rosters, etc.
e•know will work with you to set up or link to your clean room, as necessary
e•know trains / orients your key program office and team lead users
You’re off!

e•know gets your initial projects, teams, etc. set up in INTEGRATOR
e•know trains your initial key users (typically at least an administrator in the program office)
e•know provides ongoing guidance for getting the most out of INTEGRATOR
After the set-up phase, your team will administer users, projects, teams, documents, FAQs, and program team news
Your team will orient other program office users and team leads
Note that training is primarily communicating management expectations regarding consistent use, frequency of updates, and common nomenclature.
Little or no technical training is required for most user roles.
