e•know trains your initial key users (typically at least an administrator in the program office)
e•know provides ongoing guidance for getting the most out of INTEGRATOR
After the set-up phase, your team will administer users, projects, teams, documents, FAQs, and program team news
Your team will orient other program office users and team leads
Note that training is primarily communicating management expectations regarding consistent use, frequency of updates, and common nomenclature.
Little or no technical training is required for most user roles.
