HealthExtras, Inc. To Use Integrator

ARLINGTON, VA. AUGUST 8, 2008. Today eknow, inc announced that benefit management provider HealthExtras of Rockville, Maryland, will use eknow Integrator to facilitate its latest acquisition. Earlier this week, HealthExtras announced they are acquiring Immediate Pharmaceutical Services of Avon Lake, Ohio, a prescription mail service center, for $40 million in cash.
