We currently use spreadsheets and SharePoint to manage our M&A initiatives. How would eknow Integrator help us?

Spreadsheets and other manual solutions require and waste vast amounts of time, energy and resources while greatly impacting employees trying to do their "regular" job. Spreadsheets require manual aggregation and also require individual contributors to search entire spreadsheets to find the few areas in which they need to contribute. Once completed, each individual either emails or uploads their changes to the PMO who aggregates all the changes and has to track who has not completed their tasks.

Team members input their data and only view what they are responsible for and/or are allowed to see. All data input is immediately aggregated and all reports are updated and available 24x7.

SharePoint enables some limited collaboration and calendar sharing but still lacks the detailed data aggregation, reporting, and collection capabilities found in eknow Integrator.
